What Maitri Does

Maitri helps families coordinate care tasks such as reminders, approvals, household requests, and family updates. The product is intended for invited family members and caregivers.

Information We Collect

  • Account information such as name, email address, Google account identifier, and session identifiers.
  • Family profile information such as household links, caregiver roles, approval preferences, and activation status.
  • Care coordination content such as reminder text, request history, approval status, and dashboard activity.
  • Google Calendar OAuth data, including access token, refresh token, token expiry, granted scopes, Google account identifier, and Google account email.
  • Operational logs needed to secure, debug, and monitor the service.

How We Use Google Calendar Data

Maitri uses Google Calendar access only to create reminder events on the signed-in user's own primary Google Calendar after that user connects Google Calendar from Maitri. These reminders can include medication, appointment, and household care tasks.

Maitri does not read, list, export, share, sell, or delete Google Calendar calendars. Maitri does not access calendars owned by other users. Maitri stores OAuth tokens so the server can refresh access and create future reminder events without asking the user to reconnect every time.

How We Share Data

Maitri shares care coordination information only within the family or caregiver context configured by the user. We do not sell Google user data or use Google user data for advertising.

Data Storage And Security

Maitri stores application data in managed databases and limits access to systems needed to provide the service. OAuth tokens are stored only for Google Calendar integration and are used by server-side code to create requested reminder events.

Your Choices

You can revoke Maitri's Google Calendar access at any time from your Google Account permissions page. You can also contact Maitri support to request account or family data deletion.
