Use Of Maitri

Maitri provides family care coordination tools for invited users. You are responsible for the accuracy of requests, approvals, reminder details, and family member access that you configure in the service.

Google Calendar Integration

If you connect Google Calendar, Maitri may create reminder events on your own primary Google Calendar for care coordination tasks you or your family request. You can revoke this access from your Google Account permissions page.

AI Processing and Third-Party Integrations

The Maitri application integrates with external APIs, including Google Workspace and third-party Artificial Intelligence providers (such as OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google Gemini). User data passed to these services is used strictly for fulfilling user requests. We enforce strict data privacy agreements with these providers, ensuring that your connected account data, specifically Google API data, is never used to train or improve external AI models.

No Emergency Or Medical Advice

Maitri is not an emergency response service, medical provider, pharmacy, or clinical advice tool. Do not rely on Maitri for emergencies, diagnosis, treatment decisions, or urgent safety situations.

Acceptable Use

You may not use Maitri to violate law, compromise another person's account, send abusive messages, or access data without permission from the relevant family member or caregiver.
